Shipping

Orders are packed with care to protect delicate pantry ingredients and preserve product quality in transit.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days after your order is processed. Express options may be selected during checkout when available.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

For food safety and quality reasons, opened pantry products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To begin a return, contact our team with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and a photo of the packaging or product so we can make it right quickly.
